If you are using ShipWorks to handle your shipments and label creation for Interspire Shopping Cart, you may have noticed they changed their policy on support for generic modules, the only current method to automatically import your orders into the cart and then automatically create a shipment when you generate the label. Even if you manually export the new orders and import into ShipWorks you can’t do that anymore without being on the Enterprise plan which doesn’t list a price. For the Enterprise license you must call for support and pricing. We are applying for support so you can continue using your current license with ShipWorks but we don’t know the time frame for this application process. Hopefully it will be very soon and with our updated ShipWorks integration module you can manage all your shipments with ease.
In the meantime we have several solutions for you that will allow you to seamlessly manage your shipping and label creation for UPS, FedEx and USPS (using Endicia’s Label Server API service). The solution is built into your back end and works with a single click of a button. The label will get created, the shipping status updated, the shipment will get created with the tracking number entered and an email will be sent to the customer notifying them of their tracking link. We also have solutions for http://www.rocketship.it which allows for an all in one solution and a highly advanced rate request module. This can grab your negotiated rates from all providers at once, automatically determine if an address is commercial or residential with a high degree of accuracy. The service can also be used to generate shipping labels. For more information please contact me at dustin@thinkgenius.com or send me a Skype @ the username Dustin013. Please include in your contact request that you are requesting information in regards to Interspire.
